Customer Service RepresentativeAre you a calm, organized communicator who enjoys helping people and keeping things running smoothly? We're a locally owned residential HVAC company serving the Kansas City area since 1971, and we're looking for a full-time Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. This is more than just answering phones. You'll be the first impression for our customers and play an important role in keeping our service schedule organized and our technicians moving efficiently. You'll work closely with our office team and field technicians to ensure customers receive fast, professional service.What You'll DoAnswer inbound service calls from customers with professionalism and empathySchedule HVAC service and maintenance appointments efficientlyCommunicate clearly with customers about scheduling and expectationsEnter accurate customer information and job notes in our systemCoordinate appointment confirmations and rescheduling when neededAssist customers with maintenance plans and membership schedulingSupport technicians and office staff with basic customer communicationHelp keep the office organized and running smoothly during busy seasonsWhat Makes Someone Great in This RoleStrong attention to detailCalm and confident in a fast-paced environmentFriendly, professional phone communicationOrganized and able to manage multiple tasks at onceComfortable learning software systems and technologyTeam-first mindset with a willingness to help where neededReliable and dependableExperience in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or home services is a plus — but not required.
