Job description
Now Hiring: Customer Service Representative
Location: Indianapolis, IN | Hybrid
Pay Rate: $16/hr W2 | No Benefits/PTO
Duration: 3–6 Months | Potential Extension/Conversion
Key Requirements:
Customer service & issue-resolution experience
Strong verbal/written communication and listening skills
Comfortable with MS Word, Excel & computer systems
1–3 years of customer service/technical call center experience preferred
Must live within 1 hour of the office and reliably commute onsite ~2 days/week
Must have hardwired internet for remote work;
5G/Wi-Fi does not qualify
Flexible to work assigned shifts and overtime if needed
Available shifts: 8:00 AM–4:30 PM | 8:30 AM–5:00 PM | 9:00 AM–5:30 PM | 10:00 AM–6:30 PM | 11:00 AM–8:00 PM
