Customer Service Representative$19.00–$21.00/hr DOE | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PMLooking for a customer service role where you can learn, grow, and actually make a difference? Join the Customer Service team at Hartung Glass Industries! We're looking for a dependable, detail-oriented person who enjoys helping customers, staying organized, and working with a team. You don't need to know the glass industry, we'll teach you our products, processes, and systems. You'll work closely with customers, sales, and our operations team to make sure orders are accurate, communicated clearly, and handled on time.Process customer orders, quotes, and change notices for glass shower and bath enclosuresAnswer customer phone calls and emails and connect them with the right Hartung team member when neededWork with customers to understand their needs and provide helpful, professional servicePartner with Sales and Operations to track orders and special product requestsEnter and maintain accurate order informationFollow up on customer needs and help resolve questions or issuesHandle general office and administrative dutiesWhat We're Looking ForWe're more interested in finding the right person than checking every box.Friendly, professional communication skillsComfortable talking with customers by phone and emailStrong attention to detail and follow-throughGood basic math and computer skillsAble to stay organized while managing multiple prioritiesDependable, self-motivated, and willing to learnComfortable working as part of a teamPrevious customer service, office, administrative, construction, manufacturing, banking, or order-entry experience is a plus—but not requiredNo glass industry experience? No problem.
