Customer Service & Inside Sales Representative -- On-Site | Growing Manufacturing Company

Nexus Staff is recruiting a friendly, outgoing Customer Service & Inside Sales Representative for a growing, privately held manufacturing company in Massapequa, NY.
We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys people, loves learning new things, and takes pride in delivering an exceptional customer experience.
What You'll Do
Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls with warmth and professionalism.
Build relationships with existing customers and develop new ones.
Learn specialized products and confidently recommend solutions, upgrades, and additional services.
Help customers create and place customized product orders.
Coordinate with production to ensure orders are accurate and completed properly.
Follow up on orders, resolve customer concerns, and encourage repeat business.

What We're Looking For
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Comfortable handling phone calls and building customer relationships.
Previous customer service, inside sales, or order-processing experience preferred.
Good computer skills, attention to detail, and organizational ability.
Willingness to learn specialized products and custom order processes.
Dependable, punctual, and comfortable working on-site.
