Lee Tractor Co. is a family-owned equipment dealer founded in Louisiana in 1947, serving the Gulf Coast for nearly 80 years. We are looking to hire a Customer Service Representative to our growing team in Biloxi, MS.

This position is the first point of contact for customers, answering questions about equipment, rentals, parts and service and providing administrative support to each department. The ideal candidate is customer service oriented, efficient, organized and is a team player.
Key Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls, emails and web inquiries promptly and professionally, and greet walk-in customers.
Route sales, rental, parts and service requests to the right team member
Schedule service appointments, field service calls and equipment pickups or deliveries.
Prepare rental contracts and quotes, check equipment in and out, and explain rental terms and policies.
Look up parts availability and pricing, process part orders and track back-orders.
Process payments, invoices and deposits accurately, and help resolve billing questions.
Enter and update customer records, work orders and follow-ups in t system.
Follow up with customers after service or rentals to confirm satisfaction and get feedback
Keep the showroom, counter and customer areas clean, organized and stocked with current brochures.
Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED.
3+ year of customer service experience
Experience at an equipment, rental, automotive, agricultural or parts dealership is a plus
Proficient with computer software systems such as Word, Excel, etc..
Familiarity with construction or farm equipment, or a willingness to learn it quickly.
Strong written and verbal communication
Excellent customer service skills
