Customer ServiceRepresentative - Bilingual Preferred
Pay Rate: $22.00 per hour

Your Responsibilities:
Answer incoming customer calls and process requests fornew service, cancellations, or changes .
Accept and processcustomer payments , research billing inquiries, and update account information.
Work with customers and internal Waste Connections teams to identify service needs, resolve issues, and providesafe, costeffective, environmentally sound solutions .
What We're Looking For:
Bilingual candidates strongly preferred (English + Spanish).
2+ years of highvolumecustomer serviceexperience .
Proficiency withMicrosoft Word, Excel, and Outlook .
Excellentverbal and written communication skills.
