Position Summary
4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Customer Service Representatives to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for:
Respond to inbound customer inquiries and provide accurate information regarding services, accounts, and program eligibility.
Process customer requests, update account information, and maintain accurate records across multiple systems.
Resolve customer concerns while ensuring compliance with quality, confidentiality, and service standards.
Collaborate with internal teams to support customer needs and deliver exceptional service in a high-volume environment.
Minimum Qualifications
The position requires:
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience
1–3 years of experience in customer service, call center operations, or phone-based customer support.
Technical Skills
Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Data Entry, Microsoft Office Suite, Call Center Systems, Account Management, Computer Applications, Documentation, Customer Support Tools
Business / Domain Skills
Experience supporting Vermont Health Insurance Exchange and Medicaid customer service environments, assisting consumers with health coverage applications, enrollment, termination, eligibility, and benefit-related inquiries.
Experience supporting Medicaid, Qualified Health Plans (Marketplace), and Medicare-related processes, including enrollment changes, identification cards, reporting, coding, and coverage maintenance.
Experience assisting consumers with health insurance eligibility, enrollment requirements, financial assistance, life-event reporting, and healthcare profile updates while following state and federal healthcare program requirements.
Experience providing customer-focused support within regulated healthcare service environments, maintaining accurate information, protecting sensitive healthcare data, and meeting quality, service-level, and compliance requirements.
Communication
Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders.
Documentation
Ability to prepare project documentation, status updates, and deliverables.
Work Authorization
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Sponsorship may be considered where permitted by company policy and project requirements.
