Assist customers over the phone with questions, concerns, and account-related inquiries
Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive experience for every interaction
Accurately document customer information and conversations
Navigate multiple systems while speaking with customers
Resolve issues efficiently and escalate when needed
Maintain professionalism and empathy in a fast-paced environment
Required Skills and Experience:
1+ year of customer service experience
High school diploma or equivalent
Comfortable working in a phone-based customer service environment
Basic computer skills and the ability to learn new systems
Ability to multitask and stay organized
