Key Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative
Own day-to-day communication with assigned customer accounts, proactively managing open orders, deliveries, and any changes
Ensure accurate and timely follow up on all customer requests via phone and email, maintaining positive relationship management
Act as liaison with internal departments to resolve service, shipping, and production issues to achieve delivery commitments
Maintain accurate records and manage document filing to support learning and customer familiarity
Contribute ideas and collaborative support for continuous process improvement and team effectiveness

Salary Range:
