Job description
John Owens Services, Inc. in Petaluma, CA is seeking a friendly, dependable Customer Service Representative to join our call center team. You will be the first point of contact for customers and help guide scheduling.
Responsibilities include answering inbound calls, scheduling service and estimates, entering information into our scheduling system, and coordinating with dispatchers and technicians. The role is full-time, in-office, with hours 7:30 a.m.
