Job description
We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Specialist to manage order entry and fulfillment for complex customer accounts. This role focuses on accurate order processing, customer relationship management, issue resolution, and delivering cost-effective solutions while maintaining high service levels and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Manage order entry and fulfillment processes for key, high-value, and complex customer accounts.
Review, validate, and process orders in accordance with established business processes and guidelines.
Build strong customer relationships by understanding customer needs and providing effective solutions.
Coordinate activities across assigned customer accounts and support additional accounts as needed.
Maintain service levels based on business priorities and customer requirements.
Collaborate with commercial teams to support customer strategies across multiple business areas.
Serve as a key resource for systems, tools, and business processes.
Resolve complex customer issues and proactively identify opportunities for process improvements.
Apply knowledge of products, applications, and services to deliver efficient and cost-effective solutions.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required.
5+ years of experience in customer service or a related role.
1–2 years of SAP experience preferred.
Experience in supply chain, sales, or accounts receivable is preferred.
Required Skills
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Customer service and business process knowledge.
SAP system experience.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
