Job description
We are hiring for a Customer Service Specialist in Germantown, WI. This role is open due to promotion. You will be supporting a successful mid-sized manufacturing organization. If you have at least two years of experience, this could be a good fit for you.
Customer Service Specialist Responsibilities:
* Accurately enter a high volume of orders
* Respond to inquiries regarding products, pricing, and order status
* Produce necessary reports in MS Excel
* Coordinate internally with sales, shipping, and logistics
Requirements:
* Two or more years of customer service experience
* Manufacturing industry experience desired
* Professional communication skills both verbal and written
* Experience working in a larger ERP system like SAP or Oracle
