Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Pay:
$23-26/hr on an open ended contracted basis

Responsibilities
* Enter, process, and track a high volume of customer orders
* Handle inbound and outbound customer and sales partner calls
* Resolve order issues, service inquiries, and delivery concerns
* Communicate professionally via phone and email
* Partner with internal teams to meet customer needs
* Maintain account, pricing, and order data in internal systems
* Support daily shipment coordination and order follow-ups
Qualifications
* 2+ years of full cycle customer service experience
* Proven ability to close deals and grow existing accounts
* Strong phone presence and written communication skills
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven sales environment
* Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented
