Job description
AJ Madison, a leading appliance retailer, is seeking an experienced Customer Advocate to support our growing customer base. In this role, you will work cross-functionally with multiple departments to provide exceptional support throughout the customer's appliance purchasing journey. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service and support to customers in person.
* Respond to customer inquiries accurately and in a timely manner.
* Build strong relationships with customers by delivering a welcoming, professional, and solution-oriented experience.
* Process customer orders, updates, and changes in accordance with company policies and procedures.
* Perform accurate and efficient data entry.
* Escalate unresolved customer issues promptly while following established procedures.
* Research and utilize available resources to resolve customer questions and concerns.
* Maintain a thorough understanding of company policies, procedures, and products.
* Collaborate with internal departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Qualifications
* Minimum of 4 years of customer service experience .
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong email communication skills with a professional, confident, and customer-friendly tone.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to navigate multiple computer systems efficiently.
* Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
* Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently with minimal supervision.
* Strong attention to detail and a customer-first mindset.
* Availability to work every other Sunday is required.
