AJ Madison, a leading appliance retailer, is seeking an experienced Customer Advocate to support our growing customer base. In this role, you will work cross-functionally with multiple departments to provide exceptional support throughout the customer's appliance purchasing journey. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service and support to customers in person.

Respond to customer inquiries accurately and in a timely manner.

Build strong relationships with customers by delivering a welcoming, professional, and solution-oriented experience.

Process customer orders, updates, and changes in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Perform accurate and efficient data entry.

Escalate unresolved customer issues promptly while following established procedures.

Research and utilize available resources to resolve customer questions and concerns.

Maintain a thorough understanding of company policies, procedures, and products.

Collaborate with internal departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications

Minimum of 4 years of customer service experience .

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong email communication skills with a professional, confident, and customer-friendly tone.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to navigate multiple computer systems efficiently.

Exceptional organizational and time management skills.

Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently with minimal supervision.

Strong attention to detail and a customer-first mindset.

Availability to work every other Sunday is required.
