Job description
Major Accountabilities:
Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and presentations to communicate key insights to stakeholders.
Collaborate with sales teams to forecast sales targets, track progress, and adjust forecasts based on market conditions and business goals.
Assist in developing sales forecasts, budgets, and operational plans to support sales strategies.
Identify inefficiencies in sales processes and recommend solutions to streamline operations, improve productivity, and enhance customer satisfaction.
Implement best practices and standardized procedures to ensure consistency and scalability in sales operations.
Maintain and update CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems with accurate and current sales data.
Ensure data integrity, cleanliness, and compliance with data privacy regulations.
Provide support to sales teams on CRM usage, data analysis tools, and reporting systems.
Assist in training sales personnel on new processes, tools, and systems to enhance their effectiveness.
Prepare reports and presentations on market insights to support strategic decision-making.
