Batavia, Ohio (Hybrid Schedule)
Contract-to-Hire
$18.00 - $20.00 per Hour

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with our client to identify a Customer Service Support Representative for a contract-to-hire opportunity in Batavia, Ohio. This hybrid position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, coordinating information across teams, and ensuring a positive customer experience from start to finish.
This role serves as a key point of contact for customers, providing support through phone, email, and other communication channels while assisting with order management, account inquiries, and issue resolution.
Responsibilities
Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries and provide outstanding service through phone and email communication
Respond to questions regarding orders, shipping status, product availability, pricing, and account information
Research and resolve customer concerns in a timely and professional manner
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure accurate order processing and fulfillment
Maintain detailed customer records and update information within company systems
Track orders from placement through delivery and communicate status updates as needed
Assist with quotes, product information requests, and documentation requirements
Investigate discrepancies, process order updates, and support issue resolution efforts
Support administrative functions including data entry, reporting, and record maintenance
Build positive relationships with customers while maintaining a high level of professionalism
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
Previous customer service, order processing, call center, or administrative support experience preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset
Schedule & Compensation
First Shift
Hybrid work schedule after training
$17.00 to $19.00 per hour
