Customer Service & Warehouse Associate– Multiple OpportunitiesPay Rate: $17.00–$22.00 per hourLocations: Smyrna, Austell, Kennesaw & Marietta, GAJob Type: Multiple Opportunities | Full-Time | Varying Shifts AvailableWe are looking for dependable, responsible, and organized individuals who are comfortable speaking with customers over the phone while also working hands-on in a warehouse environment.Job ResponsibilitiesCustomer ServiceAnswer inbound customer calls professionally and provide helpful, accurate informationMake outbound calls when necessary to customers, vendors, or other contactsRespond to customer questions and assist with resolving issuesCommunicate order, shipping, and delivery informationMaintain professional and courteous communication at all timesWarehouse & ShippingAssist with shipping and receiving activitiesPick, pack, stage, and organize products and ordersPrepare shipments and ensure orders are processed accuratelyRequirements1+ year of warehouse experience is preferredShipping and receiving experience is strongly preferredFamiliarity with UPS shipping systems or other shipping platforms is preferredComfortable answering inbound phone calls and making outbound calls when necessaryStrong verbal and written communication skillsStrong attention to detail and accuracyMust be punctual, dependable, and responsibleAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionAbility to work effectively as part of a teamStarting pay ranges from $17.00 to $22.00 per hour depending on experience, qualifications, and specific assignment.If you're a dependable professional who enjoys both working with customers and staying active in a warehouse environment, apply with AtWork today!
