Customer Solutions ArchitectRequired Skills & Experience• 5+ years of industrial automation, motion control, controls engineering, applications engineering, technical sales, or solution consulting experience o Understanding of industrial automation technologies such as PLCs, motion control, drives, HMI, controls systems, or digitalization solutions. • Experience working with OEM Machine Builders through sales, engineering, applications, integration, or manufacturing environments • Strong customer-facing communication skills with the ability to present technical solutions and build executive relationshipsNice to Have Skills & Experience• Siemens automation product experience. • Experience with Rockwell, Beckhoff, Schneider, B&R, Omron, Mitsubishi, Emerson, or similar automation platforms. • Background in Metal Forming, Plastics, Packaging, or related manufacturing industries. • Experience supporting nationwide sales organizations, trade shows, strategic planning, or business development initiatives.Job Description: One of our customers is seeking a Customer Solutions Architect to sit remotely. This role functions as a mini business owner for the Metal Forming and Plastics machine builder segment across the United States. Approximately 40% of the role is customer-facing, serving as a trusted advisor to machine builders and helping them leverage automation and digitalization technologies within their equipment. About 30% is supporting Siemens sales teams by understanding customer challenges, building technical solutions, and helping accelerate opportunities through the sales cycle. Another 15% focuses on strategic business development, identifying future market opportunities, supporting trade shows and marketing initiatives, and driving long-term growth plans for the business. The remaining 10-15% involves business reporting, market analysis, and tracking vertical performance across the nation. This person will work closely with Account Managers, Product Specialists, Marketing, and Pricing teams while traveling nationally to support customers and strategic initiatives
