Customer Specialist – St. Charles, IL
$50,000 - $60,000/Annually + Benefits

Our company is immediately seeking a positive, fast-paced Customer Specialist for our office on in St. Charles, IL.
The Customer Specialist will be responsible for entering a high volume of purchase orders, maintaining customer relationships, and having a great understanding of our product lines in order to answer customer questions and resolve issues.
Responsibilities:
Receive and respond to emails and phone calls from customers and sales representatives regarding order entry, order status requests, product inquiries, etc.
Expedite orders upon customer and sales representative requests
Provide information regarding timely quotations, inventory availability, and products
Develop in-depth knowledge of our product lines to better aid with customer’s selection
Effectively route technical support inquiries to the appropriate individual or department
Participate in goal projects while maintaining daily workload
Responsible for being the point of contact regarding pre-deliveries, deliveries in process, and post-deliveries
Requirements:
3-5 years customer service experience ideally from a manufacturer
Proficient in Microsoft xzgxqkn Office: Excel, Word, Outlook
High degree of attention to detail
Ability to organize and prioritize tasks, activities, and projects for timely completion
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Bachelor’s degree is a plus
