Job description
Stage Front is hiring a Customer Relationship Manager to build lasting customer partnerships and maximize value from Stage Front products. You will own onboarding, adoption, and health monitoring across a portfolio of accounts, driving retention and growth.
You will collaborate with Product and Engineering to relay feedback and influence improvements, conduct regular business reviews, and advocate for customer needs while maintaining accurate data in the CRM.
