AI-native, fast, scalable, and personal.What We're Looking ForYou have a Master's degree in Engineering, Economics, Communications or a related field2+ years in Customer Success, Onboarding, Customer Support or a similar client-facing SaaS roleClear, confident verbal and written communication skills in English (Dutch/French are a plus)A growth mindset - eager to learn, experiment, and expand your knowledge.Experience with recruitment tech or in recruiting, especially agency recruiting, is a plusWhat You'll DoYou'll work at the intersection of customer success, support, onboarding and product, helping agencies get the most out of Spott, and turning every onboarding into a long-term partnership.Lead onboarding and implementation for SMB clients, from setup to go-liveProvide day-to-day customer support across email, chat, and calls, troubleshooting issues and resolving questions quicklyGather customer feedback and work with the product team to improve the product.Work closely with one of the founders to improve internal processes and operations to ensure efficiency.What We OfferCompetitive salary and generous stock optionsThe chance to grow with us and achieve your career aspirations.Great team vibe with regular dinners, sports activities and international offsitesOverall, if joining a high growth company, with an extremely talented & ambitious team sounds appealing to you, then you should apply - even if you don't match all criteria
