As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, ensuring their satisfaction, and driving customer success.Responsibilities:Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accountsUnderstand customer needs and objectives to provide tailored solutionsConduct regular check-ins and QBRs to assess customer satisfaction and address concernsProvide product demonstrations and training to customersCollaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and escalationsIdentify opportunities for upselling and expansion within existing accountsRequirements:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related fieldProven experience in customer success or account managementStrong understanding of customer relationship management principlesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAnalytical mindset and problem-solving abilitiesKnowledge of the industry and product offerings is a plusSalary Range: $70,000 - $100,000 per yearPlease note that the provided salary ranges are estimates and can vary based on factors such as location and candidate experience.Not sure if this is the right fit for you?
