Customer Success ManagerTava Health is on a mission to improve mental health through better access to high-quality therapy. We partner with employers to provide accessible mental health benefits and support a growing network of therapists with tools to power their practices. Our team is passionate, mission-driven, and growing fast.ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for customers in your book of businessBuild and maintain relationships with HR leaders, benefits executives, and senior stakeholdersOwn the post-sale lifecycle, delivering tailored experiences that support client goalsLead smooth onboarding and implementation for new customersPartner with cross-functional teams to ensure technical and operational launch readinessDefine success criteria and align on measurable outcomesDevelop and execute success plans that align to customer objectivesMonitor usage, engagement, and risk indicators; proactively intervene as neededFacilitate business reviews, data reporting, and strategic planning sessionsLead renewal strategy and expansion conversationsPartner with Sales, Clinical, Product, and Operations teams to drive unified customer experiencesAct as the voice of the customer to influence internal decisions and improve offeringsContribute to process improvements, playbooks, and documentationTrack key metrics including retention, engagement, utilization, and satisfactionMaintain clear documentation of customer progress, goals, and risksRequirements3+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or consultingExpertise managing senior stakeholder relationshipsFamiliarity with healthcare, benefits, or HR tech is a plusStrong analytical skills and ability to drive outcomes using dataOrganized, adaptable, and outcome-orientedExcellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skillsExecutive presence and confidence in presenting to leadership teamsCollaborative mindset with a bias toward actionStrategic thinker with a passion for improving mental health accessCustomer-first approach with empathy and curiosityThrives in a fast-paced, evolving startup environmentWhy You'll Like Working With UsCompetitive salary and stock optionsFully-covered medical and dental premiums for you and your family, plus voluntary insurance optionsFree, generous Tava mental health benefitMonthly HSA contributions for qualifying enrolled employeesGenerous PTO and paid holidaysPaid parental leave401(k) retirement planWeekly company-paid lunch via DoorDash and a personal DashPass subscriptionOpportunity to make a meaningful impact at a high-growth, mission-driven company
