Customer Success RoleYour top priority is helping customers achieve the outcomes they came to us for.To do that, you will:Define success with customers and lead their onboardingOwn the relationship and look for ways to create more value over timeRelay feedback to product and engineering, and help validate new launchesSupport upsells, testimonials, and case studies where they make senseBuild CS playbooks, support materials, and workflowsDesired AttributesKind, humble, relentless, focusedTech-savvy with strong communication — our product is fairly technical, and you'll need to teach customers how to use it wellQuick to learn product and industry contextComfortable presenting to leadership (business cases, QBRs, etc.)Strong work ethic — this is an early-stage startup, so expect to build some of the playbook yourselfStrategic and creative — able to zoom out and rethink how we approach problemsBonus: experience with Zapier, CRM automations, or agents in a CS/support functionBenefitsCompetitive salary: $110K–$130K base + commission & bonusWork closely with sales, product, design, and engineeringMeaningful opportunity to shape CS processes and systems as an early team memberThis is a full-time, in-person role in SF.
