We have full-time positions available. Your role is to provide quality sales and customer service via email, phone, and text to the thousands of customers in the Midwest.
nMust have strong attention to detail. Must have the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Must be able to learn new systems and protocols on a computer, be tech-literate, and be adaptable to technology.
nJob Type: Full-time Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Benefits: Employee discount health insurance, paid time off
nResponsibilities
nnDevelop and maintain strong relationships with clients
nDrive sales growth through account management strategies
nIdentify new business opportunities and lead generation
nNegotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
nCollaborate with the sales team to achieve targets
nUtilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools for account management
nConduct warm calling to prospective clients
nProvide technical sales support to customers
n nExperience
nnProven experience in account management, sales, or related field
nStrong communication and negotiation skills
nLeadership abilities to drive results and motivate teams
nBusiness development expertise to identify growth opportunities
nFamiliarity with market trends and competitor activities
