Customer Support Consultant – Put Your Billing & Customer Service Skills to WorkPay Rate: $21.43-$28.57 per hour Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM Assignment Length: Long-term temporary assignment (anticipated 1 year)Are you a customer service professional with strong communication and analytical skills? Our client is seeking Customer Support Consultants to join their team in Westbrook. These positions pay $21.43-$28.57 per hour and are anticipated to last approximately one year. This is a hybrid, customer-facing billing support role where you'll play a key part in ensuring accurate billing, supporting subscription-based services, resolving customer inquiries, and maintaining critical records. You'll work cross-functionally with internal teams while helping customers navigate billing questions and account updates.
