Location: Honolulu, HI (Fully Onsite)
Pay: $20.00 - $21.00/hour
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Friday (Weekends as Needed)

Responsibilities
Answer incoming customer calls and provide outstanding service
Assist customers with questions, concerns, and account-related inquiries
Resolve issues and provide appropriate solutions
Accurately document customer interactions in company systems
Navigate multiple computer systems while maintaining attention to detail
Follow company policies, procedures, and call guidelines
Escalate complex situations to the appropriate departments when necessary
Meet attendance, productivity, and quality standards
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
Recent graduates encouraged to apply
Customer service experience preferred but not required
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly
Ability to remain professional in a fast-paced environment
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
Reliable, punctual, and dependable

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
