NOTE: This job is100% work-from-home.We do require you have a separate, quiet location with the ability to close the door for any possible noise that would interfere with your day-to-day duties. Also, this job does not allow for the employee to be responsible for dependent care while on the clock.
NOTE 2: A Mac laptop, preferably 2018 or newer, is also needed to perform this job. Computers are not provided at this time.
We are an e-commerce management team that owns and supports several online stores. We are also the leading online commercial mailbox distributor in the nation. The bulk of your responsibility will be to support our mailbox distribution websites.
Job Summary

The Customer Support Representative attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and providing the right solutions. As a CS Rep, you discover the customers’ needs. And with the support of your team members, you match those needs with the right products. The CS Rep stays on top of news about products and processes, ready to apply any learning in customer interactions. Success is measured by team and individual productivity, as well as overall department performance. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and 0-3 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Rely on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Works under immediate supervision and reports to a supervisor or manager. The target is to ensure excellent service standards and maintain high customer satisfaction.
A typical day will require 4-5 hours of phone support (Mostly Incoming calls). The remainder of the day will be scheduled by your manager and include follow-up activities via email, chat etc.
