Customer Support Representative

What You'll Do
As a Customer Support Representative, you will support office equipment services and customer operations across campus. Key responsibilities include:
Provide customer support for office products, reprographics services, and equipment
Perform routine maintenance and coordinate equipment repairs with vendors
Conduct market research and assist with customer outreach and presentations
Visit equipment locations regularly to track usage, restock supplies, and assist users
Train customers on proper use of equipment and provide demonstrations
Maintain and monitor supply inventory for equipment and services
Prepare reports on equipment usage, service activity, and customer needs
Assist with equipment setup, delivery, and basic accounting processes
What You Bring
High school diploma or equivalent
~2 years of experience in customer service, office support, or equipment maintenance
Strong communication and customer service skills
Basic knowledge of clerical and accounting principles
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently

Anticipated Pay Range: Duke University provides an annual base salary range for this position as USD $20.00 to USD $25.01. Duke University considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position; candidate's work experience, education/training, and key skills; internal peer equity; as well as market and organizational considerations when extending an offer.
