Job description
TSG – The Sheridan Group seeks a Customer Support Representative to serve as a frontline resource for clients engaged in public affairs and advocacy campaigns. In this role, you will respond to client inquiries, troubleshoot account and platform issues, track and resolve tickets, and coordinate closely with account teams to ensure a seamless client experience. You’ll work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment supporting strategic communications programs while building expertise at the intersection of policy, politics, and media.
