The ideal candidate is someone who can contribute fresh perspectives, share knowledge, and continuously elevate both our team and the service we provide.Things we're looking for in terms of more specific skill-sets and experience:At least a high school diploma (or equivalent)At least one year of customer service experience in a call center environmentExperience working in a dental practice is highly preferred, but if you have experience using/supporting an accounting/billing application, that's just as goldenExcellent verbal soft skills, and ability to assist all customers with their requestsStrong working knowledge of hardware, networks, and other generally techy stuffResponsibilities include, but are not limited to:Handle customer inbound tickets, calls and emails as needed using excellent verbal and written communication skillsContribute to our knowledgebaseProvide assistance across all departmentsComplete other customer service related projects as assignedInject a good measure of fun into the team every dayOther duties as assigned
