Job description

Cutter OperatorThe Cutter Operator is responsible for accurately cutting printed trading card sheets, memorabilia materials, and specialty components according to production specifications. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, precision cutting skills, and the ability to maintain strict quality standards while meeting production goals.Key ResponsibilitiesOperate cutting equipment, including guillotine cutters, die cutters, and precision cutting machines, in accordance with safety and production procedures.Cut printed trading card sheets to required dimensions while maintaining proper registration and alignment.Review work orders and production specifications to ensure accurate setup and execution.Perform quality inspections to verify cut accuracy, sizing, alignment, and overall product quality.Monitor equipment performance and make routine adjustments to maintain cutting precision.Identify and remove defective materials before they proceed to the next production stage.Maintain accurate production records, including quantities produced, waste, and downtime.Assist with machine setup, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting as needed.Maintain an organized, clean, and safe work environment.Follow all company safety policies, quality standards, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).Collaborate with Quality Assurance, Printing, Packaging, and Production teams to meet daily production goals.Required Skills & QualificationsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
