Job description
UT Health East Texas seeks a Clinical Educator CVICU RN to lead education for cardiovascular ICU nurses. This role designs, delivers, and evaluates evidence-based training, supports onboarding and competency validation, and champions patient safety and quality.
The educator partners with nursing leadership and interdisciplinary teams to assess learning needs, mentor staff, support clinical initiatives, and drive continuous improvement in cardiac and critical care outcomes.
