Mercy is seeking a Nursing Manager to oversee 24/7 nursing care delivery, drive quality outcomes, and promote a professional practice environment that aligns with our mission and service standards.
The role requires a Bachelor's degree, an RN license in the state, and a minimum of three years of clinical leadership experience. BSN and Master’s degrees are preferred; strong data analysis and management skills are essential. A sign-on bonus is offered.
