Job description
Baptist Health Brookwood Hospital is seeking a Nursing Operations Manager (NOM) to lead the CVICU and Coronary Care Units. This full-time role oversees inpatient care, directs facilities operations, and partners with hospital leadership to achieve nursing and hospital goals.
The NOM will drive quality, patient flow, safety and regulatory compliance while fostering a collaborative environment and advancing evidence-based nursing practice.
