Job Title: CWP Bench Pharmacist - Vaccination Initiative Address: Starkville, MS Job Description Support the Pharmacy Manager in leading and directing Pharmacy Technician Support Staff. Manage and oversee all aspects within the pharmacy, including patient safety, regulatory compliance, quality assurance, customer service, personnel, inventory, and workflow. Implement patient care programs to keep customers and patients healthy. Display empathy and compassion for patients, caregivers, and colleagues. Motivate, develop, and balance assignments for Pharmacy Support Staff to maximize team strengths. Identify business opportunities and contribute to solutions to drive growth and improve performance.
