The Role:
This is not a traditional entry-level role. Your job is not to sit in the back of the room, take notes, and wait your turn. Your job is to learn fast, contribute early, and help create real Outcomes for our Customers from day one.
You'll join cX Ascent on our Delivery team. You'll configure business applications, build AI-powered solutions, support workshops and testing, and work directly with Customers to turn requirements into working results. You'll work in person with experienced teammates at cX Tampa Labs, get hands-on with real engagements, and learn how great delivery actually happens, from the first workshop to go-live. You'll use AI in how you operate every day, not as a novelty, but as the way you work.
Who We're Looking For:
1–3 years of experience in business applications and/or AI. Internships, projects, and things you've built on your own count. Practical, everyday comfort with AI tools, including prompting, building simple agents or automations, and using AI to research, document, and test faster. A foundation in Microsoft business applications, such as Dynamics 365, Dataverse, or the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate), or a clear ability to pick them up quickly. Hands-on development experience in C# and JavaScript. An early ability to think like a solution architect, stepping back from a single requirement to shape a high-level solution that fits the Customer's business. Experience acting as a functional lead, or the readiness to become one, gathering requirements, running working sessions, and translating business needs into working configuration. Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine enjoyment of being in front of Customers, whether you're leading a workshop, demoing what you built, or working through a hard problem together. Comfort working with data, from Excel to basic data modeling. Attention to detail when configuring, testing, and documenting what you build. And the drive to get better every single week.
Bonus points if you've worked with Copilot Studio, Azure AI services, or other AI platforms; written SQL or Power Fx; supported user acceptance testing or requirements workshops; worked in an Agile environment with tools like Azure DevOps; or hold (or are working toward) Microsoft certifications such as PL-900, PL-200, or AI-900. You do not need 10 years of experience. You do need to be smart, curious, competitive, comfortable with AI, and hungry to build.

This is not a remote role. You must live in Tampa, Florida and work from cX Tampa Labs 3 days a week. You must also be authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship.
