Job description
Kaleidoscope Innovation seeks an experienced NICE CXone Solution Architect to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of enterprise contact center solutions. The ideal candidate will have expertise in customer experience platforms, IVR design, cloud strategies, and API integrations.
Responsibilities include architecting scalable solutions for high availability and collaborating with teams to ensure service excellence. A Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of relevant experience are required for this position.
