Job description

U.S. Army Cyber Command at Fort Sam Houston, TX seeks a Human Resources Specialist in the DoD CES Excepted Service.

The role involves interpreting civilian personnel policies for geographically dispersed brigade locations to evaluate the operational impact of funding constraints and delegated authorities. Applicants must have experience with federal personnel policy and do not substitute education for experience.
