Job description
Cybersecurity Engineer
Remote | North America (East Coast Hours)
$120,000 - $130,000 Base Salary
We're partnering with a global organization seeking a Cybersecurity Engineer to support enterprise security initiatives across cloud, endpoint, identity, network, and operational technology (OT) environments.
Responsibilities
Monitor and respond to security alerts, incidents, and threats
Support vulnerability management and remediation efforts
Administer and support Microsoft security technologies (Defender, Sentinel, Intune, Entra ID)
Secure Azure and Microsoft 365 environments
Support IAM, MFA, Conditional Access, and data protection initiatives
Partner with infrastructure, cloud, and manufacturing teams to improve security posture
Requirements
4+ years of cybersecurity, security engineering, or security operations experience
Experience with SIEM, EDR/XDR, vulnerability management, and incident response
Strong knowledge of Microsoft security technologies, Azure, and Microsoft 365
Understanding of networking, IAM, endpoint security, and cloud security
Manufacturing, OT/ICS, or industrial security experience is a plus
Preferred Certifications
Security+, CySA+, AZ-500, SC-200, SC-300, CISSP
