Job description
Position: Cybersecurity Lead / Information Assurance Manager
Clearance: TS/SCI - Must be eligible for and adjudicated at contract start
Experience: 10+ years in Information Systems Security Engineering (ISSE)
Management Experience: 3+ years of supervisory/management experience
Certification: DoD -M IAT III compliant; CISSP preferred
Key Responsibilities:
Lead enterprise cybersecurity, information assurance, and security engineering activities.
Establish and implement system-wide cybersecurity and information security requirements.
Lead C&A/RMF compliance activities and security documentation.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to cybersecurity/IA personnel.
Support vulnerability management, security monitoring, incident response, and continuous monitoring.
Review system engineering and technical documentation for security requirements.
Coordinate cybersecurity activities with Government personnel, contractors, and technical teams.
Support audits, assessments, inspections, and compliance activities.
Key Requirements:
10+ years of progressive ISSE experience.
3+ years of supervisory/management experience.
Fully Qualified Level Navy Validator per OPNAVINST 5239.
Strong experience in ISSE, security architecture, vulnerability management, threat mitigation, and RMF/C&A.
Experience with tools such as HBSS/McAfee, Cisco SourceFire, SolarWinds, or NitroSecurity.
Experience with public-key-based technologies/applications.
