Job description
Check Point Software Technologies is seeking a Legal Counsel to manage the contracting cycle for sales, purchasing, and marketing deals. You will negotiate standard and tailored agreements with clients and guide HR on compliant employment practices.
The role also involves litigation support and close collaboration with Sales, Finance, Marketing, and HR to mitigate risk and shape partnerships. 2+ years in commercial/hi-tech law and a JD are required, with cybersecurity experience a plus.
