Job description
Cycle Counter IThe Cycle Counter I helps manage inventory by counting products and comparing the inventory-to-inventory logs and documents. Requires use of forklifts and pallet jacks. First Shift - Overtime as needed on evenings and weekends A Day In The Life Every day at Hubbell is different and you'll contribute in many ways. On any given day, you'll make a difference by: Performing various warehouse inventory counting and porting operations with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency. Counting numerous items daily to validate inventory accuracy and system integrity. Governing the cycle count process by adhering to Logistics Distribution Warehouse Cycle Count Program Procedures and corporate policy. Researching inventory discrepancies. Preparing various reports related to the cycle counting process. Performing audits and writing receipts of inventory. Tracking and reporting on uncommon products. Developing solutions for inventory issues. Inspecting products and keeping a record of damaged goods. Other duties as assigned by the supervisor. What will help you thrive in this role? High School Diploma or GED. Understanding of basic inventory control procedures. Knowledge of SAP. Microsoft Excel experience preferred.
