Come grow with us!This role is not a remote opportunity.Scope:The Cycle Counter weighs, measures, and checks materials, supplies, and equipment for the purpose of keeping relevant records.Essential Duties and Key Responsibilities:Promotes safety and conducts him/herself in accordance with all safety guidelines at all timesPerforms cycle counts per instructions & /or through the routine of verifying the necessary components per the "production schedules"Collects or prepares measurement, weight, or identification labels and attaches them to productsDocuments quantity, quality, type, weight, test result data, and value of materials or products, in order to maintain shipping, receiving, and production records and filesReconciles the inventory within the warehousesWeighs or measures materials, equipment, or products to maintain relevant records, using volume meters, scales, rules, and/or calipersUnloads or unpacks incoming shipmentsReconciles SYSRPO inventory balances with actual counts conductedEnters results into SYSPRO: inventory transactions adjustments under close supervisionOther assignments upon request by managementAll other duties as assignedQualifications:High School Diploma or equivalentStrong working knowledge of MS Office applications with proficiency in MS ExcelMust have excellent verbal and written communication skills and exhibit attention to detailPossess basic reasoning and problem solving skillsHave the ability to work independently and with a team within a fast paced environmentDemonstrate and promote teamwork on a consistent basisPhysical Demands:Must be able to physically perform the functions of climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting, grasping, feeling, talking, hearing, and repetitive motionsMust be able to work seated using a computer and phone for long periods of time.Must be able to work extended hours, such as daily overtime and an occasional weekendMust possess visual acuity to document company recordsContinuous walking throughout plant and distribution center.Lifting up to 40 pounds
