Responsibilities Screen and evaluate gynecological and non-gynecological cytology specimens
Identify abnormal cellular changes and prepare findings for pathologist review
Maintain accurate documentation and laboratory records
Ensure compliance with laboratory quality and regulatory standards
Operate and maintain laboratory equipment
Collaborate with pathologists and laboratory staff to support accurate diagnoses
Qualifications Bachelor s degree required
Completion of an accredited Cytotechnology program required
CT (ASCP) certification required
Maryland licensure required or eligible if applicable
Prior laboratory or cytology experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
