Job description
UnitedHealth Group is seeking a Cytotechnologist for our Tri-State region. The role involves screening slides for cancer and other pathologies, maintaining specimen integrity, and reporting results within an LIS.
The candidate must hold a NYS Cytotechnologist license, ASCP certification, and have at least four years of cytotechnology experience. Responsibilities include rapid needle-aspiration assessments, quality control, compliance with regulations, and continuing education.
