Senior D365 Finance & Operations Developer / ConsultantWe are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) Developer / Consultant to help design, implement, customize, and support business-critical ERP functionality across multiple operational areas.The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience implementing D365 F&O modules, developing custom code and integrations, and working directly with business stakeholders to deliver practical ERP solutions.This role is best suited for someone who enjoys solving operational and financial process challenges while building scalable customizations within the D365 ecosystem.ResponsibilitiesImplement and configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations featuresDesign and develop customizations, extensions, integrations, and reports within D365 F&OWork with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutionsSupport and improve business processes across:FinanceProduction / ManufacturingEngineeringWarehouse ManagementPurchasing / ProcurementInventory ManagementDevelop and maintain X++ customizations and related D365 development artifactsTroubleshoot and resolve application issues and performance problemsAssist with testing, deployments, upgrades, and user trainingCollaborate with internal teams and external implementation partners as neededRequired Qualifications5+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (or Dynamics AX)Strong experience developing custom code and modifications within D365 F&OExperience with:X++Extensions and integrationsData entities and workflowsReporting and customization frameworksSolid understanding of ERP implementation methodologiesAbility to work independently and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical usersPreferred QualificationsExperience implementing and supporting one or more of the following areas:FinanceProduction / ManufacturingEngineering Change ManagementWarehouse ManagementPurchasing / ProcurementInventory ManagementAdditional preferred experience:Power Platform integrationAzure integrations/servicesSQL and reporting toolsMulti-site manufacturing environmentsLocation PreferenceCandidates located in Western New York State are strongly preferred, ideally within approximately 2 hours driving distance of Penn Yan, NY.
