Daily Bonus 1 on 1 Direct Care Professional OpportunityCornerstone is currently seeking compassionate, dependable, and hardworking Direct Care Workers to provide dedicated 1-on-1 support to this special high acuity client in our residential program.Cornerstone is a Person-Centered Program, which means the individuals we serve always come first. As a Christian organization, our purpose is to provide quality, compassionate support to individuals residing in our homes while promoting independence, dignity, choice, and meaningful community involvement.Base Pay: Starting at $17.13 per hour PLUS $75 DAILY BONUS for each day worked with this special high acuity client.As a 1-on-1 Direct Care Worker, you will provide individualized support based on the client's Plan of Service.
