AMPI is seeking a Plant Manager to lead all divisional plant operations, driving safety, productivity, and continuous improvement. The role requires strong leadership, dairy/process experience, and a focus on quality and cost control.
The ideal candidate will guide cross-functional teams, align operations with corporate strategy, and deliver measurable improvements in efficiency and profitability. Travel and a valid driver's license are expected.
